Michael Klostermann

  • Tama, Iowa - Attended South Tama County High School

  • Des Moines, IA since 2015

  • Iowa Wesleyan University - Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness

  • Managed the school Recreation Center including a daily fitness class for people ranging in age from 50-90 years old

  • Captain of IWUs track team

  • Coaching CrossFit & Personal Training since 2015

Michael had a passion for health and fitness as well as helping folks reach their individual goals no matter how big or small.


Thomas Zoeckler

  • Iowa City, Iowa - Attended Iowa City High School

  • Competed for two state championships in football

  • Played four years of football at Loras College

  • Earned the honor of being a team captain, strongest overall player and pound for pound strongest player on the team

  • Graduated with a degree in Elementary education in 2015

  • Worked in the Iowa City School District for 3 years teaching 5,7 and 8th grade math

  • Moved to Des Moines to coach in 2018

  • Coaching CrossFit & Personal Training part time since 2015 and full time since 2018.


Nate Yoho

  • West Des Moines, Iowa - Attended Valley High School

  • Father of Caralyn Yoho

  • University of Iowa - Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Sports Studies

  • Baseball Career

    • 4 Year Starter at University of Iowa - Earner All-Big Ten Honors

    • 2 Years with Milwaukee Brewers Minor League

  • Personal Training since 2007

  • CrossFit Career

    • Competed at North Central Regionals on a team and qualified for the CrossFit games in 2013. 

Nate’s passion for helping others and teaching is the driving force behind why he entered the fitness & health industry.


Caileen Seguin

  • Chicago, IL

  • Loras College - Bachelor Degree in Sports Science

    • Interned with Strength and Conditioning Program for 3.5 years

  • Western Michigan University - Strength and Conditioning Intern Fall 2015

  • Personal Training since 2013

  • Coaching CrossFit since 2015 - Level 1 certification

  • Co- Caileen is currently finishing her Opex CCP Level 1.

    Health & Fitness has always been a huge part of Caileen’s life. She loves to share her knowledge with clients and help them reach their goals!


Taylor Leonard

  • Saint Charles, Iowa

  • Graceland University - Major in Psychology, Biology, and Health Care Management

  • Ran track and cross country in college

    • Student coached with track and cross country

  • CrossFit Level 1 Certification
